J.
Wesley Culpepper
,
MD
, received his BS from the
University
of
Georgia
and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He
completed his plastic surgery fellowship in 2005 from the University
of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga Unit. Dr. Culpepper
joined the Plastic Surgery Center in September of 2005. He is
Medical Director and the Chief of Surgery for the Plastic Surgery
Center.

Emilio
J. Carullo, MD, FACS, has
been a board certified surgeon for 34 years and a board certified
plastic surgeon for 20 years. He
received his medical degree from the National University of CUYO in
Mendoza
,
Argentina
. In 1985 he completed his
plastic surgery residency at the
University
of
Texas
in
Galveston
. Dr. Carullo joined the
Plastic Surgery Center in October of 2007.
His extensive background in plastic surgery, quality
assurance, risk management and burn surgery make him a valuable
asset to our team. |

Tracy D. Helms,
RN, MSN, C-FNP, has been a registered nurse for over 10
years and is a graduate of
Marshall
University
’s
College
of
Nursing
and Health Professions. Ms.
Helms has a master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner.
She has continued her education with an emphasis in aesthetic
and cosmetic medicine. At
the Plastic Surgery Center, she specializes in facial rejuvenation
including Botox, Restylane, Radiesse and Laser Therapies.
Additionally, Ms. Helms offers sclerotherapy,
microdermabrasion, chemical peels and laser hair removal. |

William A. Wood, MD received
his bachelor’s of science degree from the University of
California-Berkeley and his medical degree from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. He completed a surgery residency and a plastic
surgery fellowship also at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dr. Wood trained at Northwestern University in Chicago for
his hand fellowship and was a visiting microsurgery fellow at St.
Vincente’s hospital in Melbourne, Australia.
Dr. Wood has been in practice for over 19 years practicing
all aspects of plastic surgery, including cosmetic surgery.
He joined the Plastic Surgery Center in June 2008. |
